NOAN VINEGAR APPLE BALSAMIC 

ORGANIC BALSAM FOR THE GOURMET PALATE 

NOAN vinegar apple balsamic is a wonderfully mild seasoning with a slightly sweet flavour and modest residual acid (5%). Its production follows the method used for Modena aceto balsamico traditionale originale, with the sweet juice of ancient organic apple varieties maturing into NOAN apple balsamic vinegar – to the delight of every connoisseur and gourmet. Using a special procedure, the juice is reduced by boiling and then fermented until it becomes vinegar. The precious essence matures for at least eight years in wooden vats into a balsamic vinegar resplendent with lively apple flavors and a hint of caramel.

NOAN vinegar apple balsamic is appreciated by masters of fine dining and sophisticated connoisseurs as an extremely valuable ingredient – a good reason for us to offer it to our customers. It lends a certain je ne sais quoi to marinades in particular, but it can be used in a wide variety of fine dishes. 

Our vegan apple balsamic vinegar is absolutely natural, and has no added gelatin or sulfites.
